Refunds Policy

Refunds Policy

If you're not satisfied with your prints for any reason, we are willing to reprint and resend them. However, if the issue with your transfers stems from the quality of the images you provided, we reserve the right to deny refunds. Upon receiving your transfers, please inspect the artwork immediately for any issues or discrepancies and contact us if necessary. While we endeavor to check all prints before dispatch, it's possible for minor errors to slip through.
 

Requests for refunds or reprints for reasons other than quality or adherence will require approval from our management team.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email or chat with us as soon as possible at orders@gemtransfers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Order Process

Orders are processed in 1 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are ready to print are processed within 2-3 business days, and are shipped from either our AR warehouse or BG.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at orders@gemtransfers.com We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

04.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will NOT refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

Is it free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $99. 

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).  Please allow additional 2-4 days for you to receive your order.

How will my order be shipped?

Your order will be shipped by one of these courier services, depending on your shipping address: UPS & Fedex

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your address. Keep in mind that a rerouting fee may be charged by the courier to change your address.
