Refunds Policy
If you're not satisfied with your prints for any reason, we are willing to reprint and resend them. However, if the issue with your transfers stems from the quality of the images you provided, we reserve the right to deny refunds. Upon receiving your transfers, please inspect the artwork immediately for any issues or discrepancies and contact us if necessary. While we endeavor to check all prints before dispatch, it's possible for minor errors to slip through.
Requests for refunds or reprints for reasons other than quality or adherence will require approval from our management team.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email or chat with us as soon as possible at orders@gemtransfers.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
